To avoid citations, please review your records and report all newly hired or recalled employees within the last 12 months from the current date. This does not include previously employed or recently rehired employee (for the last 60 consectutive days).
Failure to report new hires in the future may result in the assessment of a $25.00 penalty per occurrence.
