Construction Company Hiring 200-300 Positions in Choctaw County

DEMOPOLIS – The Alabama Career Center System is hosting TIC-The Industrial Company at three locations next week to help fill 200-300 open construction positions. The employees are needed to work on a new wood fired boiler, steam turbine/generator, and fuel handling equipment in Pennington, AL.

Laborers, carpenters, and operators will be hired first, and the company is also looking for pipefitters, riggers, electricians, welders, and ironworkers.

The project is scheduled to start in August of this year, and ramp up through mid-2018.
