Support our patients from the front desk to the billing office, including scheduling, insurance verification, claims, billing, payment posting, and resolving billing issues. Medical billing and insurance experience is preferred.
CLINICAL EYE-CARE TECHNICIAN
Work closely with our eye-care provider to prepare patients for examinations, obtain medical and ocular histories, perform preliminary testing, operate diagnostic equipment, and support efficient patient care. Eye-care experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided!
VISUAL ACUITY TECHNICIAN
Support our clinical team with patient intake, visual acuity testing, preliminary eye-care assessments, patient preparation, documentation, and other non-invasive pre-examination procedures. |
